Common questions.
Do guests need music knowledge?
Not at all. Music Bingo is bingo — you match what you hear to what's on your card. No trivia, no instruments, no awkward moments. Everyone can play from round one.
Can this run at our office or a rented venue?
Yes. We set up in corporate boardrooms, hotel ballrooms, event spaces, restaurants, and off-site venues. We coordinate directly with your venue team so you don't have to.
Can you customize the playlist?
Absolutely. Choose from 75+ curated playlists or we build a custom set for your group — decade-specific, genre-focused, or company-branded.
Is it good for mixed age groups?
Yes — and this is one of our biggest strengths. Music Bingo works because music is universal. New hires and senior leadership genuinely enjoy themselves equally. It connects people in a way that most activities can't.
Do you offer virtual events?
In-person events across Ontario are our specialty — that's where the energy and experience shine most. We do offer a limited number of virtual and hybrid events by request, depending on availability and format fit. Reach out and we'll let you know if it's a good match for your group.
What are the AV or sound requirements?
For most events, we bring our own microphone and connect to the venue's existing sound system. This is typically the easiest setup and works well for most corporate spaces and event venues. If additional speakers or sound equipment are needed, we can often provide them for an added fee.
How many people can participate?
Our format works for groups from 25 up to 500+. Small team lunch or company-wide celebration — the experience scales without losing quality.
Do you provide the host?
Yes — every event is fully hosted by Jeff or Mike personally. They manage the music, rounds, energy, and prizes. You don't lift a finger.
How long does a typical event run?
Quick Play is 1 hour — ideal for lunch breaks or shorter time slots. Signature runs 2 hours, the most popular choice for after-dinner events and dedicated team socials.
What happens after I fill out the inquiry form?
We follow up by next business day with availability and a custom quote based on your group size and format. No pressure — just a quick conversation to confirm we're the right fit.
Are you insured?
Yes. Ready Set Music Bingo carries event liability insurance, and proof of coverage can be provided if your venue or workplace requires it. All events are also fully licensed for music. We hold SOCAN and Re:Sound licenses through Entandem, so your organization has no music licensing exposure.
Do you provide prizes?
Prizes are available as an add-on. We can source and manage a prize bundle for your event, or work with you to use your own prizes. Even without physical prizes, we can include fun shoutouts and branded moments to keep the experience personalized and engaging.
